Snoap came to us wanting to improve their online store and increase sales. They also had the issue of having to explain the product and its benefits quickly to potential buyers. Due to the complex nature of the site and having to work on the live Shopify site – we worked at night to minimise disruption. Working hard and fast – we were able to completely restructure the site to make the buying process easy and to improve conversion. After the site was finished – the client then took over and has made some changes since. Snoap later went onto Dragon’s Den where they got investment from Peter Jones and Deborah Meaden – since that time the website has stayed largely the same.
We also helped Snoap clean up the use of their logo, gave them a clear colour palette and a sense of what their brand style is.
